About the event

Maria Elena Pacheco and Ernesto Hermoza will perform for the first time in Charlotte, NC, with a recital of Peruvian and Latin American music, titled Qué Lisura!. It will be a journey through different musical genres from Peru, such as the waltz, marinera, zamacueca, lando, and others, and a look at Latin America through the notes of the violin and guitar.



María Elena Pacheco and Ernesto Hermoza are two virtuoso musicians who are united by their passion for traditional Peruvian rhythms and the cult of strings.


Their musical career has a long history in various musical circles, having accompanied various national and international artists; but it is Creole music that has led them to undertake several artistic projects as a violin and guitar duo.



In 2015, they produced their first CD “Con Garbo y Picardía” and in 2019 “Qué lisura!”, Creole music CDs in violin and guitar format, whose success…
